The Evolution Program features a progressive rental agreement that eliminates obsolescence of your telecommunications system. Upgrades are performed annually, ensuring that you have the latest available features and compatibility with emerging technologies. Telephone sets are replaced after 36 months with the latest equivalent sets available from the manufacturer. Special benefits include:

• 24x7 service availability. Technicians are on-call at all times to respond to any service emergency.
• Remote IP monitoring: IP interface allows seamless trouble-shooting and upgrades without on-site interruptions
• Full coverage for all parts and labor. No charge for any required repairs due to normal wear and tear, parts or labor for 5 years.
• Ongoing training and feature enhancement programming. As new users come and go, we provide the necessary training. As the system is upgraded every year, we implement the programming and train you on new features and applications.
• Interface with all telephone carriers on your behalf. Regardless of who is at fault, INS personnel will manage all carrier trouble you experience. INS will interact with Verizon or equivalent, on your behalf, to resolve any troubles associated with your voice communications.
• 24-hour response for "routine" repairs, 4-hour on-site response for "service emergencies," plus immediate remote response.
• 60-month term with replacement of telephones after 36 months.
